Gregory Czarnecki, DDS Biography
Dr. Gregory Czarnecki, a University of Michigan 1974 undergraduate
and 1978 dental school graduate, is a general dentist currently
teaching as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University
of Michigan School of Dentistry. He retired from private practice in
2020, after practicing for 42 years in the Detroit, Michigan, suburb of
Dearborn. He joined HVO in 2011 as a volunteer and to date has
made 15 visits to five different HVO Oral Health project sites.
In 2019, he was named Project Director for Tanzania and, in 2024,
was also named the Project Director for HVO’s Nepal Kathmandu-
Tribhuvan Hospital, site. In addition to these positions, he currently
serves as a member of HVO’s Oral Health Steering Committee.
