Lisa graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry and a master's degree in healthcare administration from Ohio University and currently serves as the North American Clinical Training & Education Specialist for vVardis. She has a diversified career in the field of dentistry being a practicing RDH for 25 years, dental hygiene professor & program director for 13 years, and has worked for dental manufacturers in sales, marketing, and clincal education. Lisa is highly published having written courses, educational pieces, and white papers for Access, Canadian Dental Journal, Dental Economics, Dental Learning, Dimensions of Dental Hygiene, Medicom, Penn Well, RDH, and StudentRDH. Her first full-length textbook published by Jones & Bartlett “Power Instrumentation for the Dental Professional” released in 2023 and has been adopted by almost 50% of dental hygiene program in North America.
