Kerin L. Burdette, DDS, MPH, FAAPD, FPFA, FICD, FACD, is dean of Student Affairs and associate professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. She earned her DDS through the six-year BA and DDS program at the University of Missouri–Kansas City and completed a pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Burdette has experience in public health, mobile dentistry, managed care, private practice and academia. She serves as vice-chair of the ADA Council on Advocacy for Access and Prevention and is active in organized dentistry. Her work is guided by a commitment to mentorship, service and integrity.
