Hubert K. Chan, DDS is a professor and executive associate dean at the College of Dental Medicine, Western University of Health Sciences, providing strategic leadership in technology integration, operational efficiency and academic innovation.
A strong advocate for advancing oral health education, he previously served as assistant dean for Clinical Education and Clinical Managing Partner, overseeing clinical group practice operations. He earned his DDS from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, where he also taught restorative dentistry and served as a group practice director.
Recognized for excellence in teaching and service, Dr. Chan’s interests focus on curriculum development and innovative technologies. An ADEA Leadership Institute alumnus, he actively supports leadership development and has held key roles within ADEA, including chairing the ADEA Section on Clinic Administration and the ADEA Annual Session Program Committee. He currently serves on the ADEA Task Force on Envisioning the Future of Oral Health and Education.
