Our ability to keep patients comfortable is one of the factors that makes a "good" dentist. Unfortunately, pain and dentistry can be tightly linked. This session will review local anesthetics and local anesthesia techniques to make sure your patients are comfortable during procedures. We will also review how to provide effective pain control after and sometimes before your procedures.

Utilize improved knowledge of local anesthetics available for use by North American dentists
Use standard and alternative techniques to provide profound local anesthesia for your patients
Provide effective pain relief for your patients with an improved knowledge of analgesic pharmacology
